Her depth of experience, business skills and creative perspectives offer a unique style of coaching. She believes everyone learns best and can make positive changes when they are supported and encouraged – so this is her main job when personalising your coaching for you. Your strengths are highlighted so you can see your direction more clearly.
She holds a Bachelor in Education, Fine Arts degree, certificates in aged/disability care, sales and Internationally recognised Health Coaching Qualifications. She also has Small Business Managment qualifications and ran a successful not for profit social enterprise working with Aboriginal People.
The Aboriginal people Tracey represented won awards for the eco friendly gift cards they produced. She is also happy to brag about a kindness award the business won.
Prior to becoming a coach, Tracey worked for over a decade as a carer for the elderly and for people with a disability in Sydney, Allice Springs and the Sunshine Coast.
Community work of any kind is where she feels most happy after an earlier career in the corporate world, working in the travel industry. This is where she began a love of travelling. She had a career as a professional teacher/trainer and is a graduate of the internationally recognised Health Coach Institute. She studied and later taught at the Sydney School for Social Entrepreneurs.
When she’s not coaching, Tracey loves all creative endeavours, she studied at The Aegean School of Fine Art, exhibiting her work as a photographer. She loves walking in the outdoors, discovering remote locations. She also teaches Learn to Draw classes and loves meeting new people, dancing and eating out. Dark chocolate, sushi, chamomile tea and healthy green salads are her favourites.
Tracey lives in the World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains Region west of Sydney.
