Coaching Sessions

In person, Online or just on the phone.These sessions are for one hour each week with emai contact in between. I like to set a small amount of“homework” but its OK if you can’t fit it in we will incorporate it into your weekly hour.There is no pressure, this needs to be a relaxing and even fun experience as you become more aware of what gives you energy and takes it away ! You will be looking after yourself better than ever before,you may choose to adopt new habits or learn techniques to manage hardship better. Whatever your reason for needing some enthusiasm and encouragement, you will enjoy Tracey’s care and attention. Her unique perspectives and genuine care for your situation will increase your ability to see more clearly, learn great skills to reduce any kind of stress and eventually relax more in your life.
